PID-Academy on top of it again in compliance with recently published sedation guidelines. PID-Academy arranged an Immediate Life Support Course (ILS) delivered by Resuscitation Consultancy Medical Services LTD.
Training is everything. The most effective way of learning is doing. This incredible course delivered by Resuscitation Consultancy Medical Services LTD under the direction of Dave Edwards used abundant life like scenarios to train the participating practice teams to refine their responses. The scenarios included anaphylaxis, epilepsy, diabetic coma, cardiac arrest and many others. This involved each team responding by locating the emergency equipment required for each scenario by locating and using appropriate drugs and equipment.
It must be obvious that if a life is to be saved, the condition must be quickly recognized and acted upon accordingly. There is nothing better than practice to ensure that seamless teamwork of the whole dental implant team maximizes the chances of survival of the ailing patient.
PID-Academy offers this training to all course participants to enable them to practice safely. On successful completion of this training the participants receive a certification from the Resuscitation Council (UK).
